How do I get my link in my sig?

Hey, just wondering, I would like for the link to my graphics shop to be in the pic, or anywhere else where I don't have to type the whole thing out, if you know what I mean, like: Click [HERE] and the link would be there, if that makes sense. How do I do that? I'm not used to this type of forum

This is in the WKI great guide 
you click URL and click it again then after the first one go =
and then put in the link, and then put a ' ] ' after that, and puthte IMG code there so it might look like this
[ur|= myshop.com]
[/ur|]
[i used | instead of l so it wouldn't work]
