Admins get the admin bar
founders get the founder bar
mods get the mod bar [same for global mods]
Stars:
No stars=0-10 posts
1 star=10-200 posts [i think]
2 stars= 200-300 posts
3=300-400
4=400-500
5=500-700
no 6
7=700-900
no 8
9=900-10,000
1 blu spinny is 1,000 and 2. Blue spin is 2000 so on so on
